Longitudinal seam welding system is designed for welding longitudinal seams of cylindrical, conical and rectangular work pieces.The linear speed traveling carriage which traverses an accurately machined beam on the linear guide ways ensures the torch follows precisely the welding seam.The sheet thickness may vary from 0,50 mm to 12 mm.The Hür-Tek longitudinal seam welder reduces cost by using TIG with or without filler wire, MIG using argon , CO2 or gas mixture.       Depending on the request PLS and Servo Driver can be attached to be able to get an accurate measure.The sheet size may vary from 50 mm to 6000 mm and the diameter size may vary from 90 mm to 2000 mm.Water cooling and gas cooling can also be attached if needed.
